Order success

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have any requirements for your order, please let us know as soon as possible before your product enters the processing stage.

Note: If there are more than one item in the order, the item with the longest processing time shall prevail.

We will exercise strict quality control over your items and ensure that they are properly packed before they are ready for shipment. We are pleased to announce that most orders can now be shipped in 3-5 days. Please note that small orders may still take 5-7 business days depending on inventory.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time. If you have any problems with your order, you can submit tickets to our support Center for further assistance. Our professional CS team will contact you within 24 hours.

Please note that all packages are shipped from different warehouses. Our project is duty-unpaid transportation, so import duties may occur depending on your country’s customs and mode of transportation. You can check with your local customs for more information.
